Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd has launched a new interface across the Bank’s Automated Teller Machine (ATM) network comprising of more than 230 plus machines.
The new and friendly interface features dynamic video content which promotes the Bank’s various products and services.
Barclays Consumer Banking Director, Abdi Mohamed, said the change was in an effort to maximise the usage of alternate channels, such as ATMs and mobile banking, while leveraging new technology to provide a cost effective means of communicating to customers.
Earlier this year, Barclays became the first bank in Kenya to offer free ATM services. The Bank also offers free Internet Banking and free mobile banking on a Barclays platform called “Hello Money”.
