Cisco Expo South Africa 2011 set for November 9 to 10


Cisco is set to host a the Cisco Expo 2011 – a two-day event focused on innovation and technology – in South Africa from November 9 to 10 at Sun City, North West Province.

The event is an ideal platform for business  leaders and technology experts to share in the latest solutions and trends and further provides opportunities through networking, technical sessions, business sessions and the chance to network with many industry experts.

The event, with an expected attendance of over 600 delegates across the various markets throughout Africa, will cover various topics including  Borderless Networks; Unified Communications; Virtualisation; IP-NGN as well as Design Introduction to Cisco Technologies and Solutions.

The event, targeted at Solutions integrators; Engineering managers; Network architects; Field engineers and Chief Technical Officers (CTOs), will feature a keynote presentations from David Meads, Cisco South Africa managing director; Den Sullivan, Cisco’s head of architecture and enterprise in emerging markets as well as Robbie Venter, chief executive of Allied Electronics Corporation.
