The space is designed to bring together freelancers and ICT related start-ups from the region to work alongside each other and to receive mentoring as well as investor and mentor contacts.

In addition to the co-working area with about 100 workstations, the venue is also ideal for holding different seminars, trainings and get-togethers.

At the time of opening in 2012, the Danish/Kenyan HumanIPO team is expected to move in with 6 start-ups that it has invested into during the year.
The facility can be utilised at different monthly rates: fixed desk space Kshs 15,000; flexible desk Kshs 10,000 and flexible desk weekends only Kshs 2,500. The rates come with the incentive of the first right to attend the events held in the venue.
