yuMobile has unveiled a new campaign as part of the firm’s brand strategy to further intensify its market reach, particularly to the youth and youthful consumer.
The campaign, dubbed “Power in my pocket”, validates the brand’s commitment to consumers – who, ultimately, have the power in their hands to enjoy the best in class services at best value, simply by choosing yuMobile – a brand that enables them stay connected with no restrictions.
The campaign is expected to run through to March, 2013.
As he unveiled the yuMobile road-show and campaign, yuMobile’s Country Manager, Madhur Taneja enthused that yuMobile continues to grow and more so, the yuCash agent network – which is over 6,000 agents strong.
The brand campaign gives an edgier look to the brand, and is unveiled at the same time with not only a 25 per cent bonus on airtime top-ups, but also an exciting SMS bundle, which will see subscribers enjoy sending free SMS’s across networks. This is all over and above subsribers being able to make free yu to yu calls.
All yuCash subscribers now have greater incentive to use the service more, as they can now earn a 50 per cent bonus on all yuCash top-ups and at the same time, Taneja revealed that now with yuCash, there are zero fees for sending money across any networks.
Madhur said: “we constantly seek ways to remove barriers that consumers may sometimes face with mobile money services. By removing the transaction fees (for sending money across networks), we are giving the consumer more power to transact without worrying about additional charges.”
He further added that: “We continue to work harder to better serve the needs of those 3M plus subscribers who continue to trust yuMobile and we encourage more to join us and enjoy the best in class in terms of value for money and network clarity”. This he made in reference to the recently released CCK Quality of Service (QoS) report, where yuMobile was declared the best network in the country.
