Customers will have access to priority customer service
Airtel Kenya has announced the launch of Airtel Premier Club, a new exclusive service where select pre-paid, post-paid diamond and platinum customers will have special, distinctive priority access to the network, call center and all the Airtel shops across the country.
Speaking at the launch event, Airtel Kenya managing director, Mr. Shivan Bhargava said, “We are delighted to offer an exclusive premier package that will further delight our customers looking for tailor made and personalized service. This value adding proposition is a showcase of our commitment to deliver innovative and relevant solutions to our customers.”
From this moment on, Airtel Premier Club members will experience personalized services such as credit facilities, the Zawadi rewards programme, an exclusive website, free SIM replacement and priority services. He further mentioned, for club members roaming in different countries, one network will be a convenient roaming solution as it is designed to fit the Pan-African and Middle East customer’s communication needs.
Airtel’s “One Network” profile allows customers to communicate at local rates, receive calls for free and recharge partner airtime vouchers when they travel to at least 17 countries in Africa.
The One Network currently covers Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Chad, Congo Brazzaville, DR Congo, Niger, Madagascar, Gabon, Malawi, Burkina Faso, Seychelles, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. It is also available in South Africa on Cell C.
