Flytxt’s advanced analytics powered solutions will enable Safaricom to improve customer experience through personalized and contextually relevant engagement with customers throughout their lifecycles.

With over 25 million subscribers, Safaricom is East Africa’s largest telecommunications company with a portfolio of products spanning the voice, data, mobile money and enterprise segments. Safaricom being an affiliate of the Vodafone Group, this partnership marks Flytxt’s third such agreement within the group’s global footprint.
