Omnia Pay, a fintech firm, has been approved by Visa to connect directly to the global payments technology company through its Visa Accelerated Connection Platform (ACP). As a focused Payment Technology Provider in Africa and Middle East, Omnia Pay’s hosted platform has been successfully validated by Visa for a large range of Card Types, Industries and Payment Services.
The approval comes after Omnia Pay recently completed and gained approval through the “Visa Ready for mPOS” program, which helps device manufacturers, software developers, merchants, and acquirers build and implement solutions that meet Visa’s requirements for a reliable, convenient, and secure mobile point of sale experience.

The Visa ACP program enables payment technology providers to connect directly to Visa’s global processing network, which secures transactions using end-to-end (E2E) and tokenized solutions.

Visa ACP provides merchants and customers with access to new payment technologies by authorizing transactions directly to Visa, the world’s leader in digital payments. The benefit to the consumer is increased card acceptance, in turn, providing merchants with connection to more than two billion Visa cardholders worldwide.
