The iHub has announced the introduction of Open House Fridays, that is the free use of the iHub space every Friday in October.
The iHub is a co-creation workspace for tech innovators in Kenya.
“We invite you to come and work at the iHub every Friday in October from 8:00 am – 8.00 pm at no cost. Open days give you the perfect opportunity to test the iHub space. Come in, grab a sit, work and experience the day as an iHub member!”, said iHub in a statement.
“iHub is now located in Kilimani – Nairobi’s new innovation corridor which promotes talent, growth, innovation, and discovery. Nestled on the top two floors of Senteu Plaza at the junction of Galana and Lenana road, one can view Nairobi’s breathtaking skyline from the iHub’s terrace on the 6th floor. Our coworking space provides a variety of options, including dozens of community and dedicated desks, lounge areas, and flexible, affordable plans. It allows members to find a new way to work, collaborate with one another and surround themselves with other brilliant minds.”
Every Friday in October – that’s for the remaining 3 Fridays in October – iHub will open its doors for a full day of free co-working magic. To use the facility, all one needs is their laptop – as WiFi is free. They’re then provided with a desk and chair as well as entertainment by Pace Africa from 5 pm at the terrace and discounted beverages from Ankole Grill. This Friday sign up for Office Hours with Village Capital to understand what kind of funding to look for what stage and how to build a great startup team. We’ll add new elements each week.
“Are you someone who wants to collaborate with others, who wants to teach and to learn, who wants to challenge and be challenged, or who wants to be part of the African success story -then come to the iHub. Get to know the benefits of an iHub membership, including incubation, acceleration, and mentorship and coaching. Be the first to know about events and build connections to people of influence in the tech and innovation space. We are nurturing a generation of business owners, business leaders, and business builders,” adds the statement.
