Mi-Fone has unveiled four new models under its “SAWA” range as it seeks to maintain friendly market value propositions offering customers the latest technology at competitive prices.




The first model is the Sawa XL – which has a 3G Dual-Core 1GHz processor and 5.3” IPS screen – Dual SIM smartphone, running on the latest Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) OS. The battery offers talk time of up to 8hours, and stand by time of 270 hours. Other features include a Dual Camera (8.0MP Rear / 2.0MP Front), Wi-Fi /Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, G sensor, proximity sensor, and also a FREE SD card pre-loaded with African content.
The second is the Sawa Touch II – a 4.0” TFT Touch screen, 3G, Dual SIM handset operating on Android 4.0 (Ice-Cream Sandwich) OS – which boasts a 4-inch full touch screen display supporting GPRS, EDGE, HSPA connectivity. The battery maintains talk time up to 5 hours and standby time of 200 hours. The Sawa Touch II has a Dual Camera (5.0 MP Rear/ VGA Front), FM Radio, GPS, G-sensor and Proximity Sensor, Bluetooth 4.0, and comes with a FREE SD Card preloaded with African content.
Then there is the Sawa Sliq – a Smart-feature phone with 2.5G connectivity, Dual SIM / Dual Standby capabilities, a 2.4” Color Display and candy bar design. The battery sustains talk up to 4 hours and stand by up to 330 hours.
The last is the Sawa Type – a QWERTY 2.5G Dual SIM, Quad-Band phone with a 2.3” TFT Colour Display which supports Wi-Fi and GPRS connectivity. The battery can sustain talk up to 3.5hours and can stand by for up to 300 hours. The Sawa Type also has a Rear (0.3MP) / Front Camera (0.3 MP), Bluetooth and FM Radio.
The 4 new models are available in over 15 countries throughout Africa – including Angola, DRC, Madagascar, Namibia, Kenya, and Rwanda via mobile phone shops GSM operator outlets.

The phone was very nice and am able to use it even in remote areas of Samburu. I can offer to open a sales place in Archers post since I know most people will like it and above all I can connect it with WIFI!!!!!!
