Samsung customers in Kenya to enjoy free service, repairs from November 4 to 30, 2013

Samsung Electronics East Africa has announced a series of free service clinics for their customers commencing this Monday. The Free Service to be held across the major towns countrywide is open to both warranty and out of warranty products and covers all Samsung Hand Held, consumer electronics and Information technology products including TV’s, Hi-Fi Systems, Tablets, Notebook computers, and mobile devices.

Alongside product repairs and software upgrades, Samsung customers will enjoy free product use training and tips. The customers will also receive technical advice they may require for future product upgrades.

Samsung Electronics East Africa COO Robert Ngeru said: “We take service to the next level by providing our customers guidance beyond the simple descriptions found in the new product manual. Our experienced service technicians will show our customers exactly what we do and what they can do to maintain their Samsung products. They will not only give tips, but plenty of how-to advice, too.”

The service clinic will commence on November 4 in Eldoret and culminate on November 30 in Nairobi. In between the month, Kisumu, Kisii, Nakuru, Malindi, Mombasa and Nyeri regions will be visited by the technical team in various dealer shops countrywide.
