
Jeremy Johnson, the co-founder of Andela, has been listed in “NYC tech’s 35 people watch in 2016” series by built in NYC, an online publication which focuses in start-ups.
In its citation, the article states Johnson “is a serial entrepreneur who most recently founded Andela, a company that finds top African software developers and places them with U.S. tech companies as full-time, distributed team members.”

After successfully completing the initial training period, one is then fully prepared to start working with one of Andela’s clients as a full-time, distributed team member. During the remaining 3.5 years, s/he applies their knowledge to client work, while receiving ongoing professional and technical development, coaching and mentorship.
