
Nokia will host its next Mobile World Congress Revisited (MWC-R) event at Think Tank, Smart Village in Cairo, Egypt.
During the event, set for November 1, 2016, delegates will share the possibilities of the connected world that bring exponential enhancements to people’s lives, communities, enterprises, and your business.
Nokia has held previous MWC-R events in Nairobi, Kenya; Accra, Ghana and South Africa. Nokia uses the expos to showcase how its innovations can be utilised to meet the ever-increasing demand for network capacity, speed and coverage, and improve the customer experience with high-quality and secure networks.
During the sessions, Nokia demonstrates its latest innovations to telecom operators, government departments, enterprises, and business partners to help them build smart cities with Internet of Things (IoT) and critical-communications network for public safety while ensuring a world-class mobile broadband customer experience for the subscribers.
The demonstrations include solutions and innovations around IoT, public safety network, Small Cells, customer experience management, IP backhaul network, transport network and Software Defined Networking (SDN) among others.
