PayTV provider Startimes Kenya will on November 5 host a major event dubbed Kung Fu Festival at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) grounds in Nairobi. The daylong event will be a celebration of one of StarTimes flagship Kung Fu channel and will blend Chinese and African culture in marking 5 years since the channel was introduced.
The free-entry event will be a family fun-filled day featuring unmatched talent display in martial arts, music, comedy and much more. Among the main entertainment acts who have confirmed participation include: Chameleon from Uganda, local Genge artist Jua Cali, local gospel artistes Timmy TDat and Gloria Muliro as well as Kung Fu troops from China and various Kenyan Kung Fu clubs thereby promising exemplary talent display and entertainment.
Apart from the talent display and entertainment, there will be lots of prizes and giveaways to be won at the Kung Fu Festival, all the more reason for family members and friends to attend be part of the celebration.
