Few weeks after inviting the public to give feedback on the various themes that had been proposed with a view to improve and enhance the agenda and event program, the ICT Authority has now announced the venue of 2017 Connected Summit.
The #ConnectedKE2017 Summit – which aims to review progress and achievements in the sector since the last summit; share knowledge, best practice and lessons learnt; recommend policy, regulatory and operational interventions; chart a future for Kenya’s economic prosperity; provide a platform for meaningful networking between the public and private sector and evaluate key milestones in the National ICT Master Plan and Vision 2030 Blueprint – will be held at Leisure Lodge Beach and Golf Resort, Diani, Kwale County.
The three suggested themes for the 9th edition of the conference are Citizen data; ICT as an economic enabler and Use of IT for economic development.
