
The ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru has launched the Integrated Devolution Data Portal and Review of the policy identifying marginalised areas .
The portal done by the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) is an internet based platform which serves as a central repository for information on county legislation and devolution related issues for all the 47 county governmentd and the national government. Itd meant to provide an online platform for collecting, collating, storing, disseminating and analysing data.

The information on the data portal include county legislation, information on public participation forums, revenue laws for various services administered by county governments, equitable share, conditional grants to counties, county revenue collections, county budgets and expenditures, county sectorial data, national government data and information from other sources like the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) among others.
The Integrated Devolution Data Portal is a free data-sharing portal where anyone can access data relating to Devolution in Kenya. The portal is a vital part of public awareness serving as a resource of information on key legislation implemented by county governments, public participation forums as well as fees, taxes and charges for various services administered by county governments. It provides several data sets from different entities, for everyone including but not limited to Citizens, Investors, Researchers and Government.
