Huawei named ‘Leader’ in provision of revenue, customer management solutions

Huawei has been named by Gartner as one of the ‘Leaders’ in its 2017 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for CSPs report.

The report evaluates solutions that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other related functions.

According to Gartner, ‘Leaders’ are vendors that would normally be included on shortlists for IRCM solutions for large and midsized CSPs worldwide after meeting various conditions. These include the ability to perform profitably, grow their revenue and have a presence in all major markets; ability to function at a rate that is above average with technology and scalability that is leading-edge; as well as the capability to engage in innovative projects and activities, carefully listening to the customer base and executing projects to the customers’ satisfaction. Leaders lso have to be engaged in understanding the underlying and emerging patterns/trends in revenue and customer management activities, and subsequently direct their R&D resources and investments accordingly.

Huawei’s Convergent Billing System serves more than two billion subscribers from 205 CSPs across 114 countries and regions in the world.
