Ride-hailing firm Taxify, has announced a Valentine’s Day challenge dubbed, “I love you, but…”, to celebrate and honour love in its highest form.
“For Valentines this year, our intent is to build a campaign that allows people to explore love in its broadest form”, says Sarah Wanyanga, Marketing Manager, East Africa. “Love gives us a glimpse on someone else flaws and in anycase, we can love and be loved freely knowing that we are not under pressure to prove our status.” She adds.
The ‘I love you, but’ campaign intends to give people permission to share the flaws of their loved ones (siblings, parents, couples, besties) in a way that is almost indulgent, they can explore love in its entirety: including the things about the people they love that they don’t necessarily like.
The idea is to explore the art of building meaningful relationships by reaching the deeper expressions of what love really means in a genuine, authentic, fun and engaging way.
