The iHub Nairobi will launch the inaugural EdTech Festival; an immersive learning and funfair experience in the world of education and technology.
Participants will interact with different EdTech products, take part in arduino and coding activities, and robotic compilation challenges. There will also be EdTech games and Playstation tournaments for kids, and training clinics for teachers.
The much anticipated EdTech Festival will take place on Saturday, 17th July 2021 and will see parents, teachers, kids, and members of the tech-in-education (or EdTech) community come together to network, interact, and have fun.
Wairimu Magondu, the Education Programmes Lead at iHub says: “The EdTech Festival will be an annual event which will be an opportunity for all students to explore their curiosity in Tech, A.I. and gaming It is also a chance for members of the EdTech community to learn about the work we do in education.”
