Ipsos in Kenya has been named the top employer by the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE). The market research and consulting firm was feted at the 2023 Employer of The Year Awards (EYA) after it won in the Corporate Performance category. This is the first time Ipsos in Kenya is winning the Award.
Sally Kamsa, the Senior HR Business Partner at Ipsos in Kenya, who received the Award, said it is a testament of the Ipsos values, culture, and commitment to delivering quality research services and solutions that impact people, society, and markets.

The EYA is an initiative by FKE that is geared towards promoting and encouraging best practices in several categories that include Corporate Performance, People Management, and Industrial Relations practices amongst employers in Kenya.
It was established to raise and sustain productivity, enterprise performance and responsibility in the corporate sector. It provides a platform for identifying, ranking, and recognizing excellence in corporate performance, people management, and industrial relations amongst employers in Kenya.
Ipsos in Kenya was assessed across all the 8 categories and won in the Corporate Performance category as a 1st Runner Up.
