Agilitee, a manufacturer and reseller of electric motorbikes, motorbike charging facilities as well as related products in Africa, has announced the appointment of Jeff Greene to its Board of Directors with effect from December 2024.
With Greene’s inclusion to the board, Agilitee – whose operations span across the EV value chain contributing to the evolution of the EV industry in Africa by exploring the research and industrialization of intelligent technologies – aims to strengthen its commitment to building shareholder value. Greene’s extensive background, including his current leadership role at Wisconsin Battery company, will bolster Agilitee’s production strategy amid rising demand for electric vehicles.

Previously, Agilitee has collaborated with eBikeGo Private, India’s largest smart electric mobility platform offering an electronic mode of transportation in the country, to produce and distribute electronic motorcycles in Africa. eBikeGo Private is innovative and competitive with expertise in producing quality products for the EV market in India. This unique partnership will see the African consumer benefit from an established brand and Agilitee’s promise to deliver high quality service. The partnership will also see a massive rollout of training and transfer of skills to young Africans.
