As Tanzania’s Minister of Education, Science, and Technology, Prof. Adolf Mkenda recently said: “Africa’s youth boom could be a time bomb in the making,” emphasizing that “only education can defuse it.” By fostering collaboration among Africa’s leading policymakers, educators, and industry leaders, eLearning Africa 2025 will provide a platform for shaping strategies that equip young people with the skills needed to foster a prosperous and resilient future.
Building on the success of previous years, eLearning Africa 2025 is set to bring together over 1,200 participants from more than 85 countries. This includes educators, policymakers, technologists, business leaders, and innovators to name just a few. The event will feature over 70 sessions and workshops, alongside an extensive exhibition area showcasing cutting-edge educational technologies and solutions.
Key topics will include:
- The integration of AI in education
- Strategies to bridge the digital divide
- Empowering educators through professional development
As Africa undergoes rapid digital transformation, the continent’s e-learning market is projected to grow from $3.41 billion in 2024 to $19.76 billion by 2034. This growth is driven by both expanding internet accessibility and increasing demand for flexible education solutions. With over 500 million internet users and growing investments in digital literacy, governments and institutions are adopting technology to enhance educational access and workforce readiness. Against this backdrop, eLearning Africa 2025 stands at the forefront of this revolution, bringing together key stakeholders to advance digital learning, workforce development, and skills training across the continent.
eLearning Africa is the leading conference and exhibition dedicated to technology-enhanced education and training in Africa. It serves as a platform for professionals from across the continent to share experiences, learn from each other, and explore the latest innovations and best practices in digital learning.
