Javanet contacted Lucy (0728 094 226) who is working at Startime to do the process which she said it was done .I contacted her directly to send me a prove to show that it has been converted and this was the message sent to me,”Successfully Activated,ACC:01713380536 and STB:42714201026201031 on Ksh 799.Call 0719077077 for help.Download StarTimes ON APP and link decoder RIGHT NOW to enjoy live TV on the phone for free.

    After the decorder failing to work Lucy later direct me to an IT technician Phillip (0731 999 468) who said it was a signal problem .And when I asked Lucy about Phillip’s whereabouts to fix the problem she said she doesn’t know and left me stranded .We have been following with no help.

    Can someone explain ;
    1.Who is responsible for the conversion of free to air?
    2.Why am I still holding a decorder that is not working?
