Walmart, the retail giant,  ranks top among brands most likely to be imitated in phishing attempts in first quarter of 2023

Check Point Research’s latest Brand Phishing Report reveals it is all change at the top for most imitated brands with new entries from financial services and retail. The top brands in the first quarter of 2023 in terms of phishing attempts are: Walmart (relating to 16% of all phishing attacks globally), DHL (13%), Microsoft (12%), LinkedIn (6%), FedEx (4.9%),
Google (4.8%), Netflix (4%), Raiffeisen (3.6%), and PayPal (3.5%). [c]
